LEGAL AGREEMENT & TERMS OF PURCHASE - LEGALLY BINDING

By proceeding, you agree to the following legally binding terms:

All materials (PDFs, videos, strategies, and content) are proprietary, copyrighted, and confidential. You are granted a single-user, non-transferable license for personal use only.

2. PROHIBITED SHARING - $500,000 PENALTY

You may NOT share, distribute, reproduce, upload, post online, resell, or transfer this content to any other person or platform. Violation of this agreement may result in statutory damages up to $500,000 USD per infringement, plus attorney fees and legal costs.

4. NO AFFILIATION

There are absolutely NO GUARANTEES of passing any evaluation, receiving funding, or earning profits. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

6. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

You acknowledge that trading is inherently risky and you may lose money. You assume full responsibility for all trading outcomes and agree to hold PassYourEval harmless from any losses.

7. NO REFUNDS - ALL SALES FINAL

Due to the instant digital delivery nature of this product, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks will be honored.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PassYourEval, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the materials or trading activities.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall PassYourEval be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, or data loss.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.

11. AGE REQUIREMENT

You confirm you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

12. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By checking the acceptance box, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by all terms stated herein.
